Meet the Eco Generator .

Our goal has been to design ,manufacture and supply to the mining industry and the disaster relief  sector  a machine that will provide power to sites where limited diesel fuel burn time is desired.
The reasons for the limited diesel fuel burn might include limited access for refueling trucks , disaster relief focus on rescue rather than resupply , environmental concerns , noise pollution concerns etc.

The machine is designed to reduce the diesel burn time from 24/7 to perhaps 4 to 6 hours per day depending on site loads.
 
We have endeavored to design and build a machine that is robust , efficient and practical .
All installed equipment is the best available within the Australian market and where possible we have used Australian  suppliers and manufacturers. 
The machine can be rapidly deployed at any given site that has truck access and it will provide electrical power and a local area network for internet data.

Transport .
The machine arrives and is slid off the back of a tilt tray truck and the wings are opened via a hand held remote control and electrical actuators.

Remote Data Access .

The parameters of the  machine can be manipulated remotely, or information such as battery state of charge ,run times , power usage and  fuel levels can be observed via a web application remotely.

 

Production Model .
 
This first production machine is rated at 13 kVA and we have designs to scale up to 17 kVA ( single phase) and then 30 kVA ( three phase).

Testing of the machine in real world applications will begin shortly and due to our extensive experience with remote area power systems we are confident of very positive results.

Our target clients would be mining inductry,SES ,RFS, Telco’s, Disaster relief NGO’s , Military etc.

 

The machine is called an Eco Generator (trademarked – AU /NZ) and the machine also has design protection through IP Australia
